Matrix is dedicated to supporting Anytime Fitness and is committed to responding to all service, repair and maintenance inquires within 24 hours of submission. We strive to complete repairs within 72 hours of the initial request.

Frames
Frames for both strength and cardio product are covered by a seven-year warranty.
5 YEARS
Motors & Generators
Five-year warranty on the treadmill motor and hybrid generators for bikes, elliptical trainers, Ascent Trainers, ClimbMills and steppers.
3 YEARS
Parts & Labor
Warranty extends to all parts including defects or damage, service repair, not including normal wear and tear items.
2 YEARS
Repair & Replacement
Any repair or replacement under our warranty extends the original warranty for the replaced or repaired parts for a maximum of two (2) years.
